I have an office chair - [link|https://featherlitestore.com/product/featherlite-optima-high-back-mesh-chair-with-multilock-seat-sliding-mechanism-three-way-adjustable-arms/|Featherlite Optima High Back Mesh Chair] which I purchased around 5 years back. Recently, the back support lock was not functioning correctly, and 2 days ago, it completely stopped working.
It locks in one position and doesn't allow the backrest to go completely back, but it doesn't hold the backrest at a particular angle anymore.
I had faced this issue before once with this chair, within the first year and they had replaced the complete chair mechanism then, as the chair was under warranty.
What are my options here to fix this?
