Usually this is either a problem with the laser trying to read the disk, or the disk itself. Try cleaning the disk with proper tools. Then carefully clean the laser's lens (WARNING: make sure the laser is off while cleaning it as the laser's light can be harmful to the eyes) using a cotton swab dipped in isopropal alchohal. If this doesn't work then the laser itself needs to either be remapped or replaced (WARNING: If you don't have experience with soldering and/or remapping, find someone who does EX: Gaming Stores willing to do console repair.) The third option is that the disk is not spinning up to the proper speed, in this case the motor will need to be replaced or repaired. I hope this helps with your problem![br]
