Since this has already been answered, I don't feel as bad "answering" just to say mines doing the same thing.

I'm nearly certain it was caused by me dropping it, though.

I've tried updating the firmware, but that didn't work.

I'm really curious to know what the specifics are for how it's able to work with pen but not touch!?

If anyone knows, please do share!
