Our neighbor just came with his MBA 2020 M1 with a non functional Keyboard.

His MB automatically updated itself (We guess to the latest OS Sequoia and when it restarted the keyboard was non functional. Touch pad is working OK. We tried the terminal command "sudo nvram -c and just got some error message.....[link|https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254652612?sortBy=rank|Slow keys are OFF.] The only functional key is the power on.... any ideas? Clean install ?
