While leaving TV on and back off; take an old pencil better new bc it needs to be with an eraser that's not gotten old and hard yet. Hold the pencil with eraser side down and tap each component even capacitors and connections with the eraser barely. If lines stop for split second while on a certain component then replace or fix that component. You will have to have someone on the other side of TV to look at screen for you or put it in front of a big mirror. Just to make sure it's the t-con again or not , bc you don't want to waist money if it's another board.
