mine has the same problem but it might either be the battery or the charging system itself. there have been reports of nabi 2s tablets refusing to charge after some time.  try replacing the battery. if that doesn't work then you might need to solder on a new charging port... might I suggest you solder on a USB Type C port instead of the official nabi port?
