I doubt it's the SD card. Are you able to access the Rosalina menu from the black screen? If so, this is most likely just RTCBug, and you can follow the steps [link|https://wiki.hacks.guide/wiki/3DS:RTC_black_screen_bug|here.]

Otherwise, take the SD back out, press START to reboot from luma config, and let's see what happens
