After so many years, I figured out that most of the time the unit is sensitive to heavy absorbing loads like quilts, towels, sweatshirts. A large load that didn't go through the spin cycle because the sensors detected an presence of water after drain.

Try setting your systems most of the time on Towels. I adjust the temperature of the wash. Towels seems to work mostly on heavy load situations. It's not 100% the case but more than regular wash. The system sensor level may be calibrated on the Towel run for heavier and wetter loads and doesn't trigger an incomplete drain condition.

The cleaning certainly is good and effective, at least running on towel mode can affirm the unit runs and if it still gives a problem, go through all the cleaning cycles but still run it on Towel mode.
