What's a Good Grinding Pen for Stripped Pentalobe Screws

Hey! I recently got some stripped pentalobe screws on my iPhone 13 Pro and I was wanting to take them out. Since they're stripped, they're really really hard to get out and I saw on some places on the Internet that a grinding pen would work. If that would work, what's a good grinding pen for the job? I have no idea what to look for and what's a good one or what's a bad one. If someone can help me out here, that would be great!
