If the laptop turns on OK etc, there ''may'' be a message stating that the date and time are incorrect. This is normal due to the BIOS being reset back to factory default by the above procedures. Once the date and time have been corrected, the message won't appear the next time that the laptop is started. Any user definable setting in BIOS that were changed by you, to suit whatever system requirements you needed, will have to be changed back again also. ''''
