According to the [document|42007|service manual] an A-1 error code is a water fill problem i.e it is taking too long to fill.
Go to p.119 of 126 to view the possible causes for the error code to occur.

If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, search online for ''Electrolux (insert part number of faulty part as shown in the parts list)'' to find suppliers that suit you best.
