Lid sensor does not detect when laptop is closed

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 13 9370, and I am experiencing an issue where the laptop does not detect when the lid is closed.

In Linux, this means that the command ``cat /proc/acpi/button/lid/LID0/state`` always says open, even when the laptop is fully shut.

If I could get any help locating the lid sensor and troubleshooting it, I'd be most grateful. I have some limited soldering skills and would be willing to attempt a replacement.
