If one of your USB-C ports isn’t working (especially the one near the hinge), and you’ve already tried replacing the port, it’s probably a deeper issue like a damaged power delivery chip or logic board trace. Try an SMC reset first — that can sometimes fix power-related issues. But if that doesn’t help, it might need board-level repair.
