Replacing the crank sensor could fix the issue but not 100% sure. Crank sensor is used by the computer to know when to fire the cylinders. Faulty sensor will cause misfires, rough idling and stalling but it will probably show an error code and you said there is no codes. But if it stalls it must be something related to air, fuel, timing, compression or anything related to ignition or even overheating, some cars will turn off when they get too hot to prevent further damages. Replacing parts until I fix it will eventually fix the issue but it will cause a lot of frustration and obviously be expensive. Try to find a shop that knows how to check if all things are within manufacturer specs/recommendation, diagnosis would be expensive but they will tell you what your problem is, but I’d say it’s something ignition related, im no a tech but none of my cars have ever seen a shop not because they are perfect with no issues but because I know how to check and fix stuff myself
