The Q folder indicates that no OS has been detected. Ideally you would need a [link|https://support.apple.com/en-ph/101578|bootable USB] to install an OS again, and with this laptop a [link|https://www.amazon.com/usb-c/s?k=usb+c+to+usb|USB > Type-C converter], or by using [link|https://support.apple.com/en-ph/guide/mac-help/mchl338cf9a8/mac|recovery mode] to try a clean install. A tip I strongly recommend is once you are in disc utility, under the view option select show all devices & select the top layer of the internal drive to erase and format it to APFS & GUID Map. (Note that recovery mode might revert to OS 10.12 Sierra but the system supports OS 12.7.6 Monterey). Here is a link to apples [link|https://support.apple.com/en-ph/102655|how to install mac OS]. ***IF*** you are ***unable to get into recovery mode*** then it can be possible that the internal SSD has been corrupted / damaged due to an incorrectly performed reset, something which I have come across a few times when buying defective units where the previous owners have said they had 'wiped' the drive before shipping to me. Try also booting with the option key pressed at chime, let us know if anything happens and we can go from there.
