This sounds a lot like some problems I've heard from iPhone users where a green line appears after they drop or damage their phone. Just to make sure, you didn't drop or damage your phone in any way right before or after the update? At least from my experience, it doesn't seem like 2 random green lines could randomly appear after an update.

I would try to take it to a OnePlus-approved service center and let them investigate the issue physically or contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have a solution. As long as there is no visible damage to the phone, they should replace it.

I see a lot of other people that have had this issue before as well. I would try to take it to a OnePlus-approved service center and let them investigate the issue physically or to contact OnePlus support directly to see if they have a solution. As long as there is no visible damage to the phone, they should replace it.
