I know NOTHING about this machine, I am having trouble with mine. BUT I am an electronics engineer and that does not sound like "Grinding", it sounds like a relay "Chatter" which uis usually caysed by an overloaded relay. Thats not much help, but its all I got to offer.

Maybe a rely is trying to turn on a motor that is in locked rotor condition and when current goes up it clicks off and then trys again. Thats not much help, but its all I got to offer.
