Does it start if you turn it on again or do you have to recharge it again just to get it to start?
Here's the ifixit [guide|170945] guide that may give some ideas of what to check and also how to open the shaver. (see the comments at the bottom of the guide).
If you need to recharge it again to get it to start, replace the battery and see if that resolves the problem.
The battery model number is usually printed on the battery itself. Search online for ''(insert model number) battery with solder tabs'' to find suppliers that suit you best. The same model battery may also come as one without solder tabs but having them makes it a whole lot easier to solder the new one in, rather than having to solder leads directly to a battery without solder tabs, which could cause problems as it may heat the battery too much when doing so.
