@bobohohi first clean the outside of the speaker grill with a soft brush. something like a toothbrush would work best. Remove any dust/debris that may clog the speaker grill. If that does not do anything, you will need to open up your phone and to check the inside of the speaker grill as well as the speaker. Worst case scenario would be to replace the speaker.
