I had this same issue tried to replace a lot of different parts like the drum with no resolution. Finally replaced the PAPER EJECT SENSOR PCB BOARD, sensor that the paper lever in the back of the machine senses and the printer printed again. It's a pain to replace as you have to fish the wires with a 2 prong connector through a crazy routing area but was the only thing wrong with it so I found it to be worth it.
