@william90818 you will have to determine if this is the belt (unlikely) or the pulleys that the belt is driving, that make the screeching noise. It could easily be the bearing on your alternator, the water pump and /or most likely the actual belt tensioner that is the cause of this.
***DO NOT CHECK ANYTHING WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING!***
Turn your engine off. The you can and spray some soapy water on individual pulleys. Start of with the tensioner pulley. Then start the engine.
***HANDS AND FACE AWAY FROM THE ENGINE WHILE IT IS RUNING.***
If the scant amount of lubrication changed the or even stopped the noise, you know which accessory is the one that actually does do the screeching. You can replace that (or change the bearings). You also want to change the belt.
What is the exact year and model for your Almera?

@william90818 here is the Mechanical Engine [document|41528] part of the service manual for a 2014 Versa and it is listed as a N17 Do a search in the document for "Drive Belt". It shows you what is involved, how the idler pulley works and what to check. My money is on the idler puller and/or the water pump :-)
