@nonjabulo the A series has issues with the flex cables coming from the charging board to the main board. Check that for micro tears and corrosion and proper connection to the boards.

Use the [document|41511] and your PDF readers search function to locate the component to check (i.e. C9030) on your main circuit board. Measure the values listed and replace/repair as needed.
