Hi @martian90133
What is the full model number of your refrigerator?
There are 3 model variants of the model number i.e. PGE29BYT***''B''***FS, PGE29BYT***''C''***FS and PGE29BYT***''D''***FS and they don't all have the exact same number of replacement parts.
Probably not that important as they all show that there's only one [link|https://www.searspartsdirect.com/product/4l72sazew8-0046-363/id-wr17x31977|fan] in the refrigerator compartment. This fan is used to drag air across the evaporator unit below the air tower, cooling the air down and then blow it up and out of the air tower.
There are two evaporator units in your refrigerator, one in each compartment, so there are no dampers to block the air between compartments. The only damper is the one used for the convertible drawer in the refrigerator compartment
Looking at the image shown in the "fan" link above it should blow the air equally out of both sides of the air tower unless one side was partially blocked for whatever reason.
The part number for the mini manual + wiring diagram is GE 31-1000707 but unfortunately I can't find a download when searching online for it. It would have the diagnostic test procedure information, the schematic diagram and it also ''may'' have the airflow diagrams for the compartments, (not all mini manuals show this)
You could check if it is located in the refrigerator as shown by this [link|https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16285|article].
Hopefully it is there but also that by trying to see if it is, that you are not voiding the warranty by trying to find out if it is or not.
If you decide to look for it and it isn't there, you could order it but be aware that it seems that they want to know your mobile number, residential address as well as obviously the full model/serial number of the refrigerator, at least according to an answer posted yesterday in this other [post|890917|question] regarding obtaining GE mini manuals
-As the refrigerator is still under warranty I do suggest that you don't remove the air tower to check if anything is wrong there as you don't want to void the warranty. Hopefully the service technician will and if not it wouldn't hurt to suggest that perhaps they should ;-)
