Have you tried resetting the oven, by disconnecting the power to the oven (remove fuse or trip breaker) in the house power box for 5 minutes and then restoring it and checked if that worked, you didn't say?

Location of [https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16290|mini manual] that has the wiring diagram for the oven but usually not the schematic of the control board.
