Hey @hayder45947! I used to deal with this at times too. For me it just went away after letting the battery fully drain, deleting the Bluetooth profile from my phone, and then resetting it when I power it back on. Maybe this just worked for me and it won’t for you, but it might be worth a try. What I know is that this is a software issue that happens if you hold down the button on one side for too long in my testing
