Hi @lebuprincemlimi Have you tried another compatible, known working, same network SIM in the phone to see if it worked OK? Have you tried [https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-300309/|resetting] the network settings and checked if that resolved the problem? Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all? What have you tried?
