@thecat847 Yup, that's a broken screen. Obviously you'll need a new LED panel. Depending on the size of the monitor, it may or may not be cost-effective to repair. Over a certain size, the cost of a replacement part can easily exceed the price of the entire monitor.

However, there's no way of knowing that without the model number. What's yours?
