Possible cause could be a faulty water flow sensor aka fill sensor. This is used to detect the water flowing in.

Follow the "''Inlet error''" flowchart on p.30 of the manual and go down the left hand route to where it says "''check the voltage NA8/1-2'' as this is the sensor connection to the control board.
