I don't have specific knowledge of that BIOS, but it would be totally insane to be able to disable video in BIOS. If disabled, it would be impossible to re-enable with no video.

I would say something else is going on if you can't boot into BIOS and see the screen and/or there is no blinking cursor in the top left of the screen at some point during boot.

Maybe a loose connector.
