I have a Maytag MVW4505MW0 washing machine. It had a noisy gearcase bearing. I replaced the gearcase, performed a calibration and received a F7E1 error code. I cleared the codes and repeated calibration and received the F7E1 code again. I obtained the Tech Manual, followed the troubleshooting tests 1 & 3A, replaced the shift actuator, calibrated and received the F7E1 code again. Cleared the code and replaced the capacitor. Calibrated and received the F7E1 code again.[br]
When running the component activation tests, the machine completes the fill and drain tests, the direction tests and errors on the speed tests. The motor makes a loud humming sound during the speed tests.[br]
I have verified that the splutch moves easily, is intact, engages properly and that the tub and agitator move freely and easily. The motor spins freely, shows no signs of damage.[br]

The mainboard has a proper flashing green LED, the motor resistance checks within range through the harness. The harness is intact without damage. The board is supplying voltage to the motor.[br]

This machine is about two years old and has not even gotten dusty yet.[br]

I'd be most grateful for any advice on how to get this machine running properly again.[br]

Thanks!
