This is very far after the fact, but judging by the fact that Google pointed me here, other people are also looking for this information.
I believe this uses the same board? or is a rebrand of the Elitebook x360 1030 G3.Or at least this circuit is the same. But my board uses the same number.
Regardless, I had a nearly identical issue. The other capacitor right there went for me. A bit more catastrophically. Luckily, it was a client machine and not mine. And under warranty at the time. But I was digging through old pictures and got sucked down a rabbit hole. I was initially alerted by the hole in the sticker.

-After digging up schematics and a board view, these are on the circuit for charge in. And are part of the charging circuit for the device. They are 22μF 25 V. But it doesn't tell me a package size in the schematic that I can find. So you might need to use your judgement on those. But both the caps from this thread are the same spec.
