Kettle not heating, design has changed.

I read the other guides and figured I was experiencing the thermal fuse issue. Removed the base plate of the kettle and it appears they have changed the design. The red wire does not have an inline thermal fuse covered by white sheathing any more and I couldn’t figure out where the fuse would be. Anybody able to help?
