Ideapad3 has power but no display. Adjusted hinges earlier.

Today I adjusted the hinges and replaced the bottom cover on my lenovo ideapad3 according to ifixit's video. Put back together, has power, but no image display. Have tried hard restart, checked buttons across the top.
