Howdy there OP,

The foil is a part of the WiFi Antenna. Truthfully I coulden't tell you what the nomenclatures for the actual foil is, but I do know you can reuse them as long as theyre not damaged/torn anywhere. You could use some [product|IF317-072-6|Tesa Tape] to mount it.
