The logo can be glued back in using any type of liquid phone repair glue. T-7000, B-8000, any variant you find should do the trick.
You can use the following guides to replace the button flex, as the SE build is mostly similar to the 5S build. Don't panic if you spot a difference, take pictures or notes to keep track screws and brackets. [br]
