Just verifying that there's no screw in the rail?
Looking at an image of the [https://partsdr.com/part/da97-11291a-drawer-slide-rail?srsltid=AfmBOorHc0W-NaNWxB24xkVBl-MaT3Rz8s_IRXoC1twW8_yA8jUN3gZo|rail] using the part number you posted, it shows that there is one.
It isn't under a screw cap by any chance?
Further images in the link show clips on the back, so presumably once the screw has been removed, the rail can be slid (not sure which way, forward or back), to unlatch it, allowing it to be removed.
