Zoom in to suit and then scroll down to p.2 to the ''Field Service Mode Entry'' section to view the procedure to test all the functions of the washer.
If there's an error code being displayed for a particular step during the tests, there's an ''Binary Display Fault Chart,'' (left side on p.1) which shows how to interpret the cycle status lights to know what number the code is.
Above the chart there's a list of the codes, a description and repair checks.
If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the [https://www.partselect.com/Models/HTW240ASK6WS/#Sections|parts list] that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the ''manufacturer's part number'' for the part that is shown with it. Search online for the ''part number only,'' to find suppliers that suit you best.
