Here's some information that may be useful if the problem reoccurs some time in the future.

Here's the [https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/5jpxw8r98o-003204/lg-wm0642hw-01-washer-parts|parts list] that is useful (the manual shows the parts but not the part numbers)
If there is a faulty part and it needs replacing, locate the wanted part in the list and note the ''manufacturer's part number'' that is shown with it. Search online for the part number, to find suppliers that suit you best.
