If you don't get a better answer, perhaps search for an Authorized Microsoft Service provider in your location as there is a note above the parts list (see p.12 of the service manual below) that states in part that "FRUs are parts available for repair activity through an Authorized Service Provider ....."
Here's the [document|40826|service manual] that may help.
The parts list shows that there are two THMs (thermal modules) available. One for the WiFi model and the other for the LTE model. As they have different part numbers presumably they're not the same, so ensure that you get the correct one for your model variant.
