If it is working OK when in safe mode (leave it on for long enough to be sure), then there may be a ''downloaded app¹'' that is the cause of the problem.
You will need to uninstall each ''downloaded app,'' one at a time and test the phone in ''normal mode'' between each uninstall, to see if the WiFi is working OK or not. When it does work OK then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
+Perhaps try starting with the last apps that you installed and work back from there.
