As you can see, the bottom of my display shows another picture, which appears not to be part of my desktop wallpaper, and it seems to be frozen there. When I change the display refresh rate to 40Hz, the entire screen starts flickering. However, when I set the refresh rate to 120Hz, the issue persists only at the bottom of the display.
I have tried reinstalling Windows and updating the graphics card drivers, but nothing has changed.
