First, make sure the water line is properly connected and there’s no kink or blockage. Check if the water valve is turned on and the water is actually flowing to the ice maker. Since the wire arm was disconnected, it could also be that the arm is not sensing the correct ice level, or the ice maker could be in a "paused" state. You might want to manually cycle the ice maker to see if it starts producing ice. If it still doesn’t work, the issue could be with the ice maker’s motor, thermostat, or water valve.
