2015 4k screen will not work (even after edp cable swap to fit 60/60) on a 2017 iMac. Just tested this.

2017 4k screen to 2015 iMac will work with 60/40 edp cable from the 2015 screen.

Unsure why, but that's the result. I cracked the 2017 screen and thought I'd swap it over. Even bought a new edp cable.

No dice.
