@tomstechsupport since you do have the backlight turning on and everything looks okay, but you do not get a video, you need to check a few things. This is obviously an issue where the display either does not receive a video signal, or it can't use the signal. The first case would be an issue with the main board, the second issue would be the LCD driver boards. The PSU would be at the bottom of my list of suspects. Check for damaged looking components on the boards as well as bad LVDS cables.

For anything further in depth, we need to know your TV's exact model number.
