Can't find a service manual to verify but check if the hose connecting the water level pressure sensor to the tub is secure at both ends. It may have become dislodges when you replaced the pump.

The pressure switch is used to detect the amount of water entering the washer and when it has to stop filling and pumping etc i.e. enough water has filled and all the water is gone when draining.
