***Problem***
-
I have a P-Touch H107 which is mainly similar to the PT-1010. All of a sudden this P-Touch didn't print any text on the label anymore. It is feeding out the label when I hit the print button, but not printing text on it (see picture below).

***What I have tried***
* Cleaning the print head and rollers > No effect (actually, they didn't look dirty.
* Put in 2 different bale-cassettes to try > No difference / No effect.
* Changed batteries to new > No effect.

***Observation***
When looking inside the device, I noticed there is a small block with 4 pins that can be pushed inwards. I believe this is the sensor for detecting the type of label cassette used in the P-Touch. In mine, one of the pins seems to be stuck inside, not coming out. I am not sure of this has to do with my issue, but I take this into account.

What can I do to solve my problem?

If the sensor block is the problem and needs to be replaced, where can I get the part?
