+ASUS Q540 Laptop not powering off after attempted viewing/repair.

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have tried to view the inside of my laptop via taking it apart in order to view RAM and SSD. There was a spark near the RAM stick. After taking off two metal covers inside, I saw there was one SSD slot and put the laptop back together. Afterwards, it stopped turning on/showing power. The light does not turn on. There is no indication of any power running through it, even while charged. I have tried taking it to a repair shop, to no success. The goal is to repair the laptop. Please help. I was not a professional (and also not wearing a static discharge bracelet thing), and I have attempted:[br]
- Discharging the battery[br]
- Removing the battery[br]
- Using a different charging cord[br]
- Putting in different screws[br]
- Taking it to a repair shop.[br]
The current plan is to take it to ASUS for warranty repairs.[br]
Please help me, I got this laptop for $1000 and I don't want to lose it. The more exact model is ASUS Creator Q540 VJ laptop, and I got it from BestBuy.
