@chrisjohns48962 As far as I know this machine uses a solenoid valve to control the hot water/steam, the [guide|170429|same as ECAM]. Maybe it is broken or clogged?

If you want to fix it: Find it, first measure its resistance, should be around 2 kOhm. If OK, open it and clean it. (or replace it)
