@pritibhure we need to know the exact model for your laptop. Next you want to go ahead and try a USB keyboard and see if that works properly. Let us know what OS you are using (if Windows, what version). It is possible that this a software issue but it is also possible that this is a bad keyboard or even bad motherboard. Let us know what happens when you connect a USB keyboard.
