Does the camera work OK when the charger is connected to it?
If it does, just wondering if the battery is failing and needs to be replaced.
If it is the battery, search online for either ''VW-VBT190'' or ''VW-VBT380'' to find suppliers that suit you best. (One of these part numbers should be on the battery in the camera).

Download the manual and then go to p.15 in the manual and check if you can get into ''Service mode'' and if so, go to ''Service mode menu #5'' and check what is shown - see p.18
